Role: NON-IT Recruiter

Location: Remote

Work timing: EST

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end NON-IT recruitment for Banking / Financial Services roles

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks

Screen and assess candidates to match client requirements

Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process until closure

Work closely with hiring managers to meet hiring timelines

Requirements:

35 years of experience in NON-IT recruitment

Strong experience hiring for Banking / Financial Services domain roles

Good sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to close positions independently

Preference:

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Please Note:

We are looking for pure NON-IT recruitment experience only

Profiles with combined IT & NON-IT recruitment experience will not be considered

Experience mainly in healthcare/manufacturing domains will not be considered
