We are seeking an experienced recruiter who has successfully worked U.S. night shifts and is well-versed in American recruitment terminology.

About the Role

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across the United States, with a focus on healthcare professionals including Doctors, CRNAs, Locum Tenens providers, and Anesthesiologists. The role emphasizes leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, and free social media platforms to build strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, and free social media platforms (Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, X/Twitter, Instagram).
• Apply Boolean search techniques and U.S. recruitment terminology to target niche healthcare skill sets.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and messaging during U.S. night hours.

• Candidate Engagement & Communication
• Screen candidates for roles including Doctors, CRNAs, Locum Tenens, Anesthesiologists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals.
• Build rapport with candidates, explaining U.S. employment terms (W2, 1099, C2C, PRN, travel contracts, locum assignments).
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure candidate readiness and availability.

• Client & Compliance Alignment
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and job specifications.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, credentialing standards, and background verification processes.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit them to clients within agreed timelines.

• Performance & Reporting
• Track daily sourcing metrics, pipeline activity, and placement outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to management on candidate flow and market trends.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as submittals, interviews scheduled, and offers accepted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working U.S. night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM EST).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. recruitment terminology (W2, C2C, PRN, locum tenens, travel nursing, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and free social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and ability to engage U.S.-based candidates.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms (JobDiva, Bullhorn, iCIMS) for candidate tracking.
• Ability to work independently while meeting aggressive deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare staffing, particularly recruiting Doctors, CRNAs, Locum Tenens providers, and Anesthesiologists.
• Familiarity with U.S. compliance processes (HIPAA, credentialing, background checks).
• Track record of successful placements in competitive U.S. healthcare markets.

Pay range and compensation package

20,000 - 40,000 per month + Very attractive incentive package (almost double your salary)
