Role: US Technical Recruiter

Location: Tirunelveli – Onsite

Type: Full-Time

Shift: PST / US Hours

We are looking for a strong, experienced, and results-driven US Technical Recruiter who can work directly on high-priority US staffing requirements. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to source, screen, submit, and close candidates quickly while maintaining strong quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Direct Client recruiting experience.
• Experience working with MSP / VMS programs.
• Proven US staffing experience across IT / Technical roles.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS.
• Strong knowledge of W2 hiring, work authorizations, and candidate closing.
• Comfortable working PST / US hours.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver quality candidates within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Direct Client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
• Utilize advanced Boolean searches, networking, referrals, social media sourcing, and cold calling to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification assessments, including experience, communication skills, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Submit qualified candidates within required timelines while maintaining quality standards.
