Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Target based/from Consultancy) at CareerBloc. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and hiring processes to meet target-based requirements. Daily responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand role requirements, creating job postings, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The role also involves regular communication with hiring managers, providing market insights, tracking recruitment metrics, and meeting performance goals aligned with consultancy-based delivery standards.

Qualifications :

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills to evaluate talent, conduct structured interviews, and make informed recommendations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a consultancy or agency recruitment environment, with target-based roles and KPI-driven performance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, managing multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
• Comfort with using ATS platforms, professional networking sites, and digital sourcing tools for talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
