Role Description

All IT Solutions is seeking a full-time IT Recruiter amd Non IT Recruiter to join our team on-site in Vadodara. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process to attract top-tier talent. Primary responsibilities include developing job postings, conducting candidate interviews, maintaining a talent database, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The Recruiter will also work on building strong employer branding and networking relationships to fulfill the company's talent acquisition goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment processes
• Proficient in creating job postings and utilizing recruitment platforms effectively
• Experience in conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Knowledge of employer branding, networking, and building talent pipelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and relevant recruitment technology
• Preferred qualifications include a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in technical recruiting or recruiting in the Information Technology sector is a plus
