We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales of construction and heavy earth-moving machinery. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients in the field, and achieving sales targets by building strong relationships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
- Manage end-to-end field sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Sell construction machinery such as backhoe loaders, excavators, wheel loaders, self-loading mixers, batching plants, and other heavy earth-moving equipment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit existing and prospective customers regularly.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams to resolve customer issues.
- Conduct marketing and promotional activities as per business plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with financiers and partners in the territory.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
