Role Description

This is a part-time and remote Recruiter role. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential candidates to join the Achiever's Club. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting individuals, conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and coordinating the onboarding process. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process and fostering a positive candidate experience.

• Ability to work independently and in a remote, flexible environment
• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is beneficial
