Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
  • Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and recruitment timelines.
  • Ensure smooth and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, candidate databases, and hiring records.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives and contribute to achieving organizational hiring goals.
