Job Description

Role Asst. Manager HR

Location Kolkata

Experience Range 5 - 7 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles

  • Utilize various sourcing channels: job portals, social media,employee referrals, and recruitment agencies

  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Assist in onboarding formalities and induction processes

  • Support HRIS data management and employee record keeping

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with finance/payroll team

  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures

  • Assist in compliance documentation and audits

  • Support performance management and appraisal cycle

  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment metrics

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
