Job Description


We are looking for a Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience who has exposure to hiring for agency roles or has worked in an agency environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will manage end-to-end recruitment for agency roles (creative, marketing, digital, etc.)
  • You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
  • You will screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • You will coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • You will ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience
  • Prior experience in agency hiring or working in an agency setup is preferred
  • Understanding of roles like Copywriter, Designer, Influencer Marketing, Strategist, etc.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Ability to close positions quickly
