Design and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle CTC structuring including fixed pay, variable components, and other salary elements.
Oversee daily HR operations, employee documentation, and overall employee lifecycle management.
Ensure HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance are implemented effectively.
Maintain HR records, reports, and dashboards for management review.
Support employee-related queries and contribute to improving HR processes and efficiency.
