Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT clients, understanding their hiring needs and building strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment delivery across multiple IT mandates.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with client expectations and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and recruitment teams to ensure effective resource allocation and execution.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and service excellence.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and team performance to ensure targets and service levels are met.
  • Leverage market knowledge and hiring trends to provide consultative insights to clients.
