This is a full-time, on-site position for a Receptionist based in New Delhi. The role includes managing front desk duties such as welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records. Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Receptionist Duties skills
• Experience with Clerical Skills, including data entry and record-keeping
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries and provide support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional healthcare environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or customer service are a plus
