We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and perform various administrative tasks to ensure a seamless office operation.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role (1-5 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
