We are looking for a courteous, organized, and patient-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role is essential in ensuring a smooth patient experience through effective front-desk operations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-in management
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails; route queries appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Management System (HMS)
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and clinical staff regarding patient flow
- Collect basic patient information and guide patients through OPD processes
- Manage front-desk documentation and daily registers
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Address patient queries and escalate concerns when required
Qualifications & Requirements- Graduate / HSC with relevant experience
- 13 years of experience as a receptionist in a hospital or clinic preferred
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with HMS and MS Office is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi preferred)
- Professional appearance, multitasking ability, and patient-friendly attitude
