Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for helping clients find and purchase properties, providing personalized real estate solutions, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, advising clients on property investments, negotiating deals, and staying informed about real estate market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate knowledge, including experience in Real Property and Real Estate transactions
  • Strong Customer Service skills for maintaining client relationships and delivering a high-quality experience
  • Valid Real Estate License and familiarity with required regulations and practices
  • Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
