Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Salesperson. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in finding their ideal properties, providing expert property consultations, and facilitating property transactions. On a daily basis, the role will involve prospecting leads, conducting property viewings, providing market insights, negotiating deals, and building strong client relationships to drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and providing tailored property solutions
  • Strong Sales abilities and proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on personalized client support and relationship building
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment
  • Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
