Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson, based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property listings, hosting site visits, and negotiating deals. The role also requires maintaining a good relationship with clients, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the real estate transaction process.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Real Property and Real Estate principles
• Proven Sales expertise with an ability to meet targets and close deals
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in local market knowledge is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
• Bachelor's degree or relevant real estate sales experience is preferred
