This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune Division for a Real Estate Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, showcasing properties, and closing sales transactions. Daily tasks will include providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, and preparing necessary documents and reports for clients. The role will also involve active collaboration with other team members to meet sales and business goals effectively.

• Understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including knowledge of current market trends and legal requirements
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and adherence to industry regulations
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
