Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, building relationships with clients, and guiding them through the buying and selling process. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, identifying prospective clients, analyzing market trends, and negotiations. You will also work closely with the management to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Property, Real Estate
  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively
  • Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and building client relationships
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram and relevant industry practices
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance standards is a plus
