Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Real Estate - Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying potential customers, conducting property tours, and converting leads into successful transactions. Responsibilities also include staying updated on real estate market trends, maintaining property lists, negotiating deals, and ensuring alignment with clients real estate needs and goals.
Job Title: Sales/Assistant/Deputy Manager , Sr/Relationship Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
• End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
• Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant
properties.
• Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
• Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
• MS office
• Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
• A graduate from any discipline is preferred
• 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred. Candidates with Real Estate exp. are highly preferred.
• Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
