Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional based in Bengaluru South. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating property viewings, and offering personalized assistance in the buying and selling processes. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market and networking with potential buyers and sellers to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Proficiency in Real Estate transactions and comprehensive knowledge of Real Property practices
  • Proven Sales experience, including persuasion, negotiation, and deal closure capabilities
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Bengaluru South real estate market is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
