Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate Sales
Role Overview
Drive end-to-end property sales for customers by managing leads, conducting virtual/physical site visits, handling negotiations, and ensuring smooth deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert NRI leads assigned through CRM.
- Conduct virtual presentations and coordinate site visits for NRI buyers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Handle negotiations and close deals within timelines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken & written communication.
- Fluent in English & Hindi (local language is a plus).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
- High energy, confidence, and target-driven approach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate preferred.
- 1+ year of sales experience (real estate/NRI sales preferred).
- Must be currently employed or serving notice.
- Two-wheeler required for local client meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped incentives (35K+ on achieving minimum targets; 1L+ for consistent performers).
- Performance-based 10% salary hike every 3 months (avg. 1 deal/month).
CTC: 37 LPA (experienced only).
