Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their property requirements, conducting site visits, managing property listings, and consulting clients on investment opportunities. The Real Estate Sales Associate will collaborate with the internal team to deliver seamless property transactions while building trust and offering superior customer service. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for meeting sales targets, negotiating deals, and maintaining a strong client database.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property with a thorough understanding of market trends and property portfolios.
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide clients through the purchase process.
  • Proactive attitude, professionalism, and a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.
  • Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
