Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with bank branch staff for business generation
Drive health insurance sales through assigned bank branches
Conduct regular training and product sessions for bank employees
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Support bank staff in closing high-value deals
Ensure customer acquisition and policy issuance as per company guidelines
Monitor branch performance and provide regular feedback
Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and service delivery
