Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing property sales and client portfolios, developing relationships with prospective and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will also identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and effectively guide clients throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
  • Possess a valid Real Estate License
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including familiarity with sales and property management
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
  • Understanding of Real Property concepts and compliance
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
