Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru as a Relationship Manager in the Sales division (Real Estate) at Square Yards. The role involves building strong business relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored real estate solutions. You will be responsible for promoting and selling property units by effectively managing the sales cycle, conducting site visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to maximize market coverage. Regular interaction with clients and real estate developers will be a key aspect of the role.
