Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Koramangala. The Real Estate Sales professional will engage with potential buyers and renters, understand their housing needs, and match them with suitable properties from Housing Yard's portfolio. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, handling inquiries, maintaining accurate listings, and following up with leads to close transactions. The role involves preparing and presenting property details, assisting clients with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution. The position requires consistent on-site presence in Koramangala to meet clients, network with local stakeholders, and stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications

  • Relevant real estate credentials, such as a Real Estate License when required by local regulations.
  • Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including property types, local market dynamics, and basic legal considerations.
  • Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and provide clear, honest information.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • Comfort with on-site work, field visits, and a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM or lead-management systems.
  • Prior experience in residential real estate or related sales roles is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
