Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying or investing in properties, providing tailored real estate solutions, conducting site visits, and building strong relationships with clients. The Consultant will also facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers and stay updated on market trends to offer informed advice to clients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and strong understanding of the real estate market
  • Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and relationship management
  • Knowledge of Real Estate processes and industry practices
  • Ability to meet Sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Capability to learn and adapt to new tools and training related to real estate
  • Self-motivated and result-driven with a proactive approach
  • Prior experience in sales or real estate consulting is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields is a plus
