Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru, offering compensation up to 5 LPA. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will engage with prospective buyers, understand their property requirements, and recommend suitable real estate options. The role involves conducting site visits, presenting project details, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and supporting clients throughout the closing process. The consultant will build and maintain a pipeline of leads through calls, meetings, and referrals, while consistently following up to convert inquiries into sales. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and approvals, and participating in training sessions to stay informed about inventory, pricing, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong real estate domain knowledge, including Real Estate and Real Estate Sales, with the ability to understand projects, locations, and pricing.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and managing client expectations professionally.
- Willingness to participate in and apply Training related to real estate products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with confident in-person and telephone interaction.
- Comfort with on-site work, field visits, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends or extended hours based on client needs.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred; prior experience in real estate or direct sales is an advantage but motivated freshers may also be considered.
