Job Summary:

Livnest Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a growing Real Estate Channel Partner firm, is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive for the Thane location.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and supporting deal closures as part of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and database management
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable residential projects
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits
  • Assist in negotiations and the closure process
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
  • Update CRM and track daily sales activities
  • Achieve monthly sales and closure targets
  • Stay updated with the Thane real estate market and ongoing projects

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Experience in sourcing/calling is mandatory; closing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Thane or Central Mumbai real estate market preferred
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Team player with a performance-oriented mindset
