The Post Sales Executive - Real Estate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale of real estate properties. This role involves coordinating with clients to address their needs, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records to support a seamless post-sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sales activities and ensure client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
  • Documentations - Demand letter , NOC etc
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients post-purchase.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from sales to post-sales support.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to nurture client relationships and gather feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations in India.
