Assistant Manager – Sales

Role: Assistant Manager – Sales

As an Assistant Manager – Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales within assigned micro-markets, engaging with customers, managing leads, and building strong relationships with channel partners to grow the business.

This role requires excellent communication skills, customer engagement, field sales experience, and a strong relationship-building mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect and communicate effectively with potential buyers.
  • Manage leads from the first interaction through successful deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate business opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and provide timely information to customers.
  • Stay updated on property listings, pricing, and market trends.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Effectively position the company's offerings against competitors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1–7 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, Insurance, or other sales-driven industries (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and disciplined follow-up approach.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working on weekends, as most site visits happen during this time.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the city.
  • Must own a two-wheeler or car.
