Co-ordination with Regional Heads, Location Managers/Regional SPOCs for contract status and documentation
Maintaining Portfolio Summary/Overview (Country, Region, Location & Contract wise list providing overview for Area, Real Estate Unit (REU) Details, SAL codes, Planon Contract nos., Type of Property, Usage, SPOC details, salient lease terms etc.
Co ordinating with Service Providers/Landlords/Property Consultants/Brokers/Local Business Teams for exploring options
Drive/Support & Complete Technical, EHS, Compliance & Legal due diligence/evaluation for various options in co ordination with respective teams
Shortlisting & Site Visits
Discussion along with techno-commercial evaluation/findings/recommendations with relevant stakeholders
Creation & maintenance of Siemens Address Library (SAL) for various leased/owned locations ensure clean up incase of relocations/termination etc.
Maintaining documentation lease related/RE Tools related for Data Privacy/Infosec/Physical Security eg. maintaining contracts, renewal documents, notices, handover letters, security deposit receipts etc. in the RE Central Storage Sharepoint - Document Management System (DMS), support & co-ordination in creation of process/operational manuals for Data Privacy, Infosec,
Providing necessary supporting documentations for relevant updates to historic data as well as for ongoing contracts
Supporting internal processes eg. audits, financial reporting, location concept paper etc.
Triggering critical events well in advance for any actions if required
Overall data quality check and reporting
Experience & Skills
Experience of 5-6 years in a similar portfolio
Knowledge of Contract Management/Administration & Real Estate Management
Basic knowledge of corporate real estate business/activities
