Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our International Voice Process team in India. The ideal candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong commitment to providing excellent support to our global clientele.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Document call details and customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor during customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any other local languages.
Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for call management.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
