Job Role Business Development Associate

The incumbent would be responsible for BA/ DBA Management & Development for TCI Express Ltd Main Accountabilities

: Induction of new BA/DBA to meet business/ operational requirements. Planning for network and route to achieve desired service level. Developing and implementing SOP's for route & monitoring its implementation. Developing and implementing the operational strategy to drive revenue by reducing operational cost. Monitoring expenses incurred upon BA/ DBA vehicle, monitoring BA/ DBA vehicle rate v/s market rates of vehicles. Review of operational performance of BA/ DBA vehicles, & suggest if any changes required. Visiting Customers/ Branches to analyzing data, preparing reports and awareness among employees for thrust areas. Taking corrective & preventive action for improving operational efficiency, monitoring customer complaint and transit time. Planning development of team, training to them so address operational problem.

Qualification: Education - Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience - Total 2 - 4 years .

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

The Candidate should be from express logistics Industry. Experience in fleet and vendor management.

Knowledge of MV Act, Contract Act, Intra & Interstate Excisable goods Transport Act etc.

Should be IT Savvy (Excel, power-point, word, web browsing, mails, etc
