Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing real estate market trends, and ensuring compliance with all required standards and regulations. The role involves supporting smooth operations and driving value for the company and its clients through strategic real estate management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Solid understanding of Leases and their terms
- Experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate transactions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and market conditions
- Proficiency in real estate management software is a plus
