Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Real Estate Manager. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, manage leases and lease administration, and handle commercial real estate operations. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring legal compliance, and optimizing property investments to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Property Management, including oversight of day-to-day operations
- Expertise in Lease Administration and managing lease agreements
- Knowledge of Real Estate practices, including Commercial Real Estate transactions
- Experience with property leases and tenant relationship management
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in relevant property management and real estate software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
