This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Greater Taung. The Real Estate Consultant will prospect and connect with potential clients, assist in identifying and presenting suitable property options, and negotiate deals that align with client goals. The role involves conducting property tours, keeping up-to-date with market trends, developing sales strategies, and providing clients with professional advice throughout the property investment process.

• Proven expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to foster client relationships
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members is a plus
• Solid understanding of the local property market in Greater Taung
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using property management and sales software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
