Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs. Key activities also involve client relationship management, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and staying updated with market trends. The consultant will ensure excellent customer service throughout the property transaction process.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of the real estate market
  • Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques
  • Ability to provide comprehensive Real Estate advice and solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends
  • Experience or willingness to undergo professional Training in real estate and sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and property management software is an advantage
