Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant with strong end-to-end project experience in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to project execution, technical evaluation, and site audits, along with deep technical know-how across construction processes.

This role requires a blend of engineering expertise, project management capability, and analytical thinking to support project delivery, quality assurance, and technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end real estate / construction projects from planning to completion
• Conduct technical site audits, inspections, and quality assessments across project stages
• Evaluate project designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and local building codes
• Identify technical risks and provide solutions to mitigate project challenges
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and execution quality
• Provide technical inputs for feasibility studies and project planning
• Prepare detailed technical reports, audit findings, and recommendations
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and real estate project lifecycle
• Hands-on experience in site execution and audits
• Knowledge of materials, structural systems, and finishing standards
• Familiarity with approvals, compliances, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project documentation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil) – mandatory or preferred
• MBA in Construction Management / Real Estate / Project Management

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with real estate developers, construction firms, or project management consultancies
• Exposure to residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Prior experience in technical consulting or advisory roles is a plus
