Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building and managing strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert property consultations, sourcing and showcasing properties, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends. Additionally, the role involves ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to sales growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Proven Sales skills and the ability to drive revenue and close deals
- Proficient in Negotiation and building long-term client relationships
- Capability to provide Training and guidance to clients and team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus
