Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, managing negotiations, and maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market. Day-to-day tasks include networking, conducting property tours, addressing client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets through effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Experience with Training and onboarding new agents or team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently
- Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are an advantage
