Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will support clients through the property buying process, from identifying suitable real estate options to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and providing expert guidance on real estate investments. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and provide training as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proven Sales skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Strong Negotiation and communication abilities to foster successful client interactions
• Experience in Training and guiding clients or team members
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage
