Role Description
- Prepare and manage Applications for Payment (AFP), Payment Notices, and valuations
- Cost planning, forecasting (COWD), and budget tracking
- Assess variations / compensation events with proper substantiation
- Contract administration (NEC experience preferred)
- Reconcile supplier accounts and support final accounts
- Maintain audit-ready commercial records and reports
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- 15 years QS experience (UK projects preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (cost build-ups, trackers, reconciliations)
- Good understanding of NEC / standard UK contracts
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication
- Ability to work remotely with UK time alignment
