Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing tenders, managing budgets, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing reports. Additional responsibilities include cost planning, value engineering, ensuring timely submission of work certifications, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors. The role will also require regular collaboration with the design team to ensure the accuracy of project specifications and adherence to budgets.

• Strong skills in cost estimation, cost planning, and budget management
• Proficiency in preparing tenders, feasibility reports, and work certifications
• Ability to execute value engineering techniques and cost-effective project solutions
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in construction or architectural firms is advantageous
