Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning who can work from beginning/ planning to construction. This role is essential to ensure cost control, value engineering, and financial efficiency throughout the planning and execution stages.

Key Responsibilities:

should be able to make Estimate BOQ, Preliminary Cost Estimate /PE

. Develop cost estimates and budgets for all civil and structural components.

. Rate Analysis etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering.

47 years of relevant experience in Architectural Firm only.

Proficient in MS Excel and ACAD etc.

Preferred:

Experience in Architectural Firm shall be preferred
