Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer / SDET with 612 years of experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Selenium, Appium, and automation scripting using Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Lead the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, and other automation tools.
- Develop automation solutions using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Define and implement automation testing strategies and best practices across projects.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test strategies.
- Review and improve test automation code, frameworks, and testing processes.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure high test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, QA Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 612 years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in automation testing.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Appium for automation testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience working with test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
- Strong experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and defect management processes
