Job Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to monitor and improve the quality of lead generation and sales processes in a B2B environment. The role involves reviewing calls, validating leads, and ensuring the team follows defined quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate B2B tele-calling, sales calls, and email interactions
- Check the quality and accuracy of generated leads
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and processes
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
- Conduct basic research to verify lead information and data quality
- Identify gaps in quality and suggest improvements
- Maintain QA reports and track performance metrics
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven 1–2 years of experience in B2B tele-calling QA
- Good research and data verification skills
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Good knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in call auditing and lead validation
- Understanding of B2B sales funnel
- Familiarity with CRM tools
