Job Title: Jr Client Servicing Executive - Performance Marketing

Job Summary:
As a Junior Client Servicing Executive at Realatte Ventures Company, you will play a critical role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs, managing projects, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective digital marketing solutions. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong client-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Work (Closely with the Performance Marketing Team) to manage project timelines, updates, and deliverables.
- Regularly communicate project progress, gather client feedback, and manage approvals. Ensure clarity and transparency with clients at each stage.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships, up sell services, and contribute to the overall growth of client accounts.
- Quickly address and resolve any client issues or concerns, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach to maintain client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitors to provide clients with proactive, valuable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year in client servicing, account management, Performance Marketing or a related role in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and growth opportunities.
Preferred: Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools, with understanding of PPC, CTR and related terms.
